1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Just Paste App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the platform.

2. Service Overview

Just Paste App is a free, no-login platform for creating and sharing text and image content. No account or registration is required. Each paste is identified by a unique URL and managed via an edit key issued at creation — keep it safe, as it cannot be recovered.

3. User Content & Responsibility

All content published on Just Paste App is created solely by users. You are fully responsible for anything you post. Just Paste App does not pre-screen or edit user content before it is published, and does not represent or endorse any content submitted by users.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it does not infringe any third-party rights including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

4. Prohibited Content

You must not post or share content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Sexually exploits or depicts minors in any way — this is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities.
• Infringes any intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Contains malware, phishing links, or any code intended to harm systems or users.
• Is used to spam, solicit, or promote unauthorized commercial activities.
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or infrastructure.
• Contains adult or sexually explicit content that is publicly visible (see section 5 for the adult content policy).

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if it violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Adult & Mature Content

Just Paste App permits adult and sexually explicit content under the following strict conditions:

• Adult content must be set to Private at the time of creation. Private pastes are not indexed in search engines, not displayed in the public timeline, and not discoverable by other users — they are only accessible via direct URL.
• Publicly visible adult content (pastes not marked as Private) is not permitted and will be removed without notice. This includes direct content and links to adult or sexually explicit websites posted in public pastes.
• Any content that sexually exploits, depicts, or involves minors is absolutely prohibited, regardless of privacy setting, and will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately.
• All adult content creators confirm that all individuals depicted are 18 years of age or older.

We reserve the right to remove any adult content at our sole discretion, including Private pastes, if reported or found to violate these terms or applicable law.

6. License & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create. By publishing content on Just Paste App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content solely as needed to operate the service.

Unless otherwise stated, Just Paste App owns all intellectual property rights for the platform itself — including its design, code, and branding. You may not:

• Republish, sell, or sublicense platform materials without written permission.
• Reproduce or duplicate platform code, design, or branding for other services.
• Create frames or wrappers around the platform that alter its visual appearance.

7. Cookies

Just Paste App uses minimal cookies required to operate the service, such as CAPTCHA (Cloudflare Turnstile) verification. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Browser localStorage may be used to save your draft content locally — this data stays on your device until you publish or clear it. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates these terms or applicable law, use the "Report" button available on each paste. All reports are reviewed and appropriate action will be taken. False or abusive reports may result in your access being restricted.

9. Content Deletion & Retention

Content remains available until deleted by the creator using the edit key, or removed by us for policy or legal reasons. Once deleted, content is permanently removed from our servers within 24 hours, including any associated images.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of content, or freedom from errors or security vulnerabilities. Use of the service is at your own risk. Just Paste App shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Just Paste App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
