  • Talks about consistency, jiggers, specs, and systems

  • Mentions communication with servers

  • Prioritizes guest experience even during rushes

  • Mentions cutting off guests respectfully and confidently

  • Speaks positively about teamwork

  • Shows energy + confidence without arrogance

🚩 RED FLAGS (Warning Signs)

  • Focuses only on “making drinks” but not hospitality

  • Complains about servers or management

  • Says they “don’t really measure” or free-pour without standards

  • Avoids answering intoxicated guest scenario
