As suggested by the Cisco team, we need Duo Admin API and Duo Account API to fetch Duo subaccount and user details. The Account API retrieves subaccount, while the Admin API fetches user data.

Since the Duo Account API doesn't support permission scoping or read-only access, and granting full admin rights is risky, we'll switch to a manual data upload solution where the client will send an Excel sheet with consumption data monthly, which we’ll use to generate the ELP.

Could you please provide sample data in an excel sheet so we can build the backend handling and ELP report?
