RENTAL TERMS

- Rental Fee: £150 per week

- Rental Period: Starting 18th of March 2026 until terminated by either party

- Notice: Either party may terminate this agreement with 1 day notice

USAGE

- The vehicle may be used for private hire / taxi purposes

- The renter is allowed to carry passengers in accordance with UK private hire regulations

- Only the named renter is permitted to drive the vehicle

INSURANCE

- The renter is responsible for arranging valid hire & reward insurance, which must be Comprehensive, covering:

- Vehicle damage

- Passenger liability

- Comprehensive insurance protection for all covered aspects

- In the event of an accident, the renter shall be liable only for the insurance excess as per the valid insurance policy

DEPOSIT

- Deposit Amount: £150

- The deposit will be returned within 7 days after the vehicle is returned, subject to inspection

FUEL

- The renter must return the vehicle with at least 1/4 tank of fuel

---

GENERAL CONDITIONS

- The vehicle must be used in a lawful and responsible manner

- No racing, towing, or illegal use is permitted

- Any fines or penalties incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter
