Non-Refundable Professional Services
All payments made for professional fees, legal coordination, documentation, case management, and support services are strictly non-refundable.
Services are provided on a best-effort basis; fees are for effort and coordination, not for outcomes or results.
Visit & Outstation Charges
Any visit requested (Police Station, Court, Jail, Government Office) will incur separate charges.
If a visit is canceled after confirmation and advance payment, the amount cannot be refunded.
Outstation expenses (travel, lodging, food, incidentals) are borne by the client and are non-refundable once booked.
Cancellation Before Service Initiation
Services can be canceled before commencement, but any advance payment already made for professional coordination cannot be refunded.
Cancellation must be communicated in writing via email to [email protected].
Third-Party Payments
Any payment made to an individual advocate or third-party without written confirmation from Advocate Access Hub is the sole responsibility of the client and cannot be refunded.
Force Majeure & Legal Restrictions
In case services cannot be delivered due to legal restrictions, court orders, or government actions, the payment made will not be refunded.
Acknowledgment by Client
By making payment, the client acknowledges and accepts this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
