## 19. Custom Design Work & Intellectual Property
All custom 3D models, CAD files, drawings, and digital assets created by FlowX3D remain our exclusive intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
### Design Fees
• A minimum design fee applies to all custom work
• Complex designs are billed hourly at a rate communicated upfront
### Scope of Rights Granted
• Fees cover only the physical printed product
• No ownership or rights to digital files are transferred
### Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in any design remain with FlowX3D unless a formal written agreement states otherwise.
### Purchasing Design Files
If a client wishes to purchase full ownership:
• A separate quotation will be issued
• Pricing is based on commercial value, complexity, and use
• A signed agreement and full payment are required
Without this, no rights are transferred.
### Reuse & Exclusivity
FlowX3D reserves the right to reuse, modify, or resell any design unless exclusivity is purchased under agreement.

## 20. Licensing Option
FlowX3D may offer licensing agreements:
• Non-exclusive and non-transferable
• Limited to agreed use
• Does not grant ownership

## 21. Production, Turnaround & Delivery
Estimated timelines will be provided. Delays may occur due to load shedding or external factors. We are not liable for such delays.

## 22. 3D Printed Parts Disclaimer
All 3D printed parts are produced using additive manufacturing and may vary in strength, finish, and accuracy.

• Not suitable for safety-critical use
• Environmental factors may affect parts
• Not food safe
• Not suitable for children
Use is entirely at the customer’s risk.

## 23. Returns & Refunds
Refunds apply only to defective or incorrect items reported within 7 days. Design fees are non-refundable once work has started.
