Code

Create a complete 3D original animatronic robot character in Blender using only Python and the Blender "bpy" API.

Character Design

- Approximately 2 meters tall.

- Original horror-game-style animatronic design.

- Mechanical and industrial appearance.

- Large robotic head with a slightly exaggerated shape.

- Two mechanical glowing eyes with metal frames.

- A mechanical jaw that can be animated independently.

- Two mechanical ears on the sides of the head.

- Multi-part mechanical neck with rotating joints.

- Large mechanical shoulders.

- Two articulated mechanical arms.

- Five-finger mechanical hands with visible joints.

- Mechanical torso with chest, abdomen, and pelvis sections.

- Two mechanical legs with detailed knee and ankle joints.

- Large stable feet designed to support the character.

- Add cables, bolts, panels, pistons, hinges, and small mechanical components for detail.

- The design must be completely original and must not copy any existing copyrighted character.

Modeling

- Build the entire character procedurally with Blender Python.

- Do not use external models, assets, textures, or downloaded files.

- Use Blender primitives such as cubes, cylinders, spheres, curves, and custom meshes.

- Main body parts should be separate objects so they can be animated individually.

- Use clean object names such as "Head", "Jaw", "Neck", "Chest", "UpperArm_L", "Forearm_L", "Hand_L", "Thigh_L", "Shin_L", "Foot_L", etc.

- Keep the geometry detailed but reasonably optimized for a game asset.

Materials

- Create all materials procedurally using Principled BSDF.

- Use realistic metal materials with slightly worn surfaces.

- Add different materials for metal, rubber, cables, eyes, and mechanical components.

- No external image textures.

Rigging

Create a complete Armature suitable for animation.

The armature should include:

- Root

- Pelvis

- Spine

- Chest

- Neck

- Head

- Jaw

- Upper arms

- Forearms

- Hands

- Finger bones

- Thighs

- Shins

- Feet

Use appropriate parent-child relationships between the bones.

Attach the character to the armature using an appropriate rigging method so the model can be animated easily.

Animation Readiness

The character must be ready for animation after the script finishes.

Make sure:

- The jaw can open and close.

- The head can rotate.

- The neck can move.

- Both arms can rotate naturally.

- Elbows and knees can bend.

- Hands and fingers can move.

- Feet can rotate.

- Main mechanical parts have sensible origins/pivots.

Scene Setup

Also create:

- A simple ground plane.

- A camera positioned to show the entire character.

- Basic studio lighting.

- A simple neutral background.

Code Requirements

- Provide the complete Blender Python script.

- The script must run directly inside Blender's Scripting workspace.

- Use only Blender's built-in Python API.

- Do not require external libraries or files.

- Make the script robust and avoid common "bpy" errors.

- Use functions to keep the code organized and readable.

- Add comments explaining important sections.

- At the end, automatically select the finished character and frame it in the viewport.

The final result should be a fully modeled, rigged, original animatronic character ready for animation in Blender.
