Our purpose is to raise voluntary donations and support humanitarian needs of families affected by the crisis in Gaza.
Important: This is an independent campaign. It is not presented as a United Nations agency, NGO, government body, UNRWA, UNICEF, ICRC, or any other international institution.
1. WHO WE ARE
We are an independent humanitarian solidarity initiative supporting Palestinian families in Gaza.
Our focus is humanitarian: helping people affected by war, displacement and shortages of essential services.
We do not claim to represent all Palestinians or any international institution. Our position is explicitly humanitarian: we support the protection of civilians, human dignity, humanitarian access and the Palestinian people's right to self-determination.
2. WHAT WE DO
• Collect voluntary donations through PayPal.
• Seek to direct funds toward essential humanitarian needs such as food, water, medicine, hygiene supplies and shelter.
• Keep records of donations, fees, transfers and expenses.
• Publish updates and available evidence of fund use while protecting beneficiaries' privacy.
3. OUR TRANSPARENCY COMMITMENT
Donations: We record amounts received, dates and applicable payment fees.
Use of funds: We report how much was transferred and for what humanitarian purpose, when safely verifiable.
Evidence: We keep and publish receipts or transfer evidence whenever doing so is safe and appropriate.
Privacy: We do not publish sensitive personal information that could endanger beneficiaries.
Our core principle: donors should be able to understand how much was received, how much was transferred, and what evidence exists for the use of the funds.
4. GEOPOLITICAL CONTEXT: WHY WE SUPPORT GAZA
Our position begins with a humanitarian concern: civilians should not bear the cost of military or political decisions.
Supporting Gaza means defending life, dignity, humanitarian assistance and the rights of the Palestinian people. It does not mean supporting attacks against Israeli civilians or justifying abuses by any actor.
Historical Context
The United Nations identifies 1967 as a major turning point, when Israel occupied Gaza and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem.
The Palestinian question has since remained closely connected to occupation, displacement, settlements, security and self-determination.
Gaza and Restrictions
Gaza has experienced severe restrictions on movement and the flow of goods for many years.
UN humanitarian reporting has documented the impact on civilian life, including access to food, health care, water, energy and economic activity.
The humanitarian situation became dramatically worse during the war that followed the October 7, 2023 attacks.
The War Since October 2023
The October 7, 2023 attacks by Hamas included the killing of civilians and hostage-taking.
Israel's subsequent military campaign caused massive destruction, displacement and a very high number of Palestinian casualties.
Recognizing Palestinian suffering does not require denying Israeli civilian suffering; this campaign focuses specifically on humanitarian needs in Gaza.
International Law and Palestinian Self-Determination
The UN General Assembly has repeatedly affirmed the Palestinian people's right to self-determination, including the possibility of an independent state.
In 2024, the International Court of Justice issued provisional measures in the South Africa v. Israel case, including measures concerning the protection of Palestinians in Gaza and humanitarian assistance.
These were provisional measures and were not a final judgment on the merits.
In July 2024, the International Court of Justice also issued an advisory opinion concerning the legal consequences of Israel's policies and practices in the Occupied Palestinian Territory.
Our campaign relies on these internationally documented developments as part of its humanitarian and human-rights context.
5. HUMANITARIAN NEEDS
UN humanitarian agencies continue to report severe needs in Gaza, including food, clean water, health care, shelter and protection.
The scale of displacement and damage to civilian infrastructure has created a continuing humanitarian emergency.
Independent donations cannot replace professional humanitarian organizations or international assistance. Our goal is to contribute responsibly where funds can be transferred and needs can be verified.
6. WHAT WE DO NOT DO
• We do not fund weapons, armed groups or violent activities.
• We do not justify attacks against civilians, Palestinian or Israeli.
• We do not claim a donation reached a family without reasonable supporting evidence.
• We do not publish beneficiaries' sensitive personal information without a legitimate and safe reason.
• We do not falsely present ourselves as a registered NGO, UN agency or international organization.

For us, transparency is part of solidarity: donors deserve clear information about what is received
