A practical sending-identity check
By the InboxCabin team
When several email accounts are open, the final check before sending deserves a consistent place in your routine. Read the sender address, recipient list, subject, and attachments together. The message may be correct while the account identity is wrong.
Use recognizable labels for different businesses or roles. If two accounts are easily confused, improve those labels before relying on memory during a busy day.
For a new setup, practice with a harmless draft and verify how the provider selects the sending identity. Also test replies and forwarded messages, since their defaults can differ from a new message.
InboxCabin is a Windows desktop workspace for separate email accounts. Its product introduction explains the intended scope and alternatives: https://inboxcabin.com/blog/what-is-inboxcabin/
A workspace can make navigation more convenient, but the sending check is still a useful human habit. Treat it as a short review of the actual message rather than a promise that any interface prevents every error.
