How to generate slugs step by step
Go to Slug Generator; it is free and runs in the browser with no uploads.
Enter one title per line, up to 1,000 at a time.
Turn on transliteration for accents, German mode (ä → ae), Cyrillic, Greek or optional Chinese → pinyin.
Add custom symbol pairs if needed (the defaults turn & into and, % into percent, @ into at).
Add a base URL to preview the full links and check the SEO length indicator.
Download CSV or JSON, or use the Bulk CSV tool to add slug and URL columns and generate 301 redirects.
