Copyright Notice

All rights to the name, logo, branding, and any intellectual property associated with the StrivXe eSports club, including but not limited to all visual and textual content, is exclusively owned by Blake - "RaccoonyyYT" and partly contributed by Owen - "DeveloperHac". Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any of these materials without explicit permission is strictly prohibited. Violation of these rights may result in legal action.

Prohibited Uses:

The name "StrivXe" and all related logos and branding may not be used, reproduced, or modified without prior written consent.
Any content created by StrivXe, including media, streams, and promotional material, is protected under copyright law.
Modifying, distributing, or using any of the StrivXe assets for personal or commercial purposes without authorization is strictly forbidden.

Legal Recourse:

Any unauthorized use of StrivXe intellectual property will result in legal action, including but not limited to cease and desist orders, monetary damages, and any other remedies available under the law.

Additional Provisions:

All permissions for use of StrivXe materials must be obtained in writing and are subject to approval at the discretion of the copyright holders.
These terms are binding and will remain in effect indefinitely unless otherwise modified in writing.

Compliance With Game Publisher Rules and Third-Party Policies

All activities conducted under the name StrivXe in connection with Rocket League eSports must fully comply with the rules, policies, and terms of service established by the respective game publisher and platform operators. This includes, but is not limited to, Epic Games, Psyonix LLC, and any tournament organizers officially affiliated with Rocket League.

All members, players, staff, partners, and affiliates associated with StrivXe are required to follow the Rocket League Terms of Service, End User License Agreement, and Code of Conduct at all times.

Any competitive participation, online presence, branding usage, or public representation of StrivXe must be aligned with the official eSports and community guidelines issued by Epic Games and Psyonix.

StrivXe does not claim ownership of Rocket League or any related in-game assets, trademarks, or intellectual property owned by Epic Games or Psyonix LLC.

Any misuse of Rocket League intellectual property in a manner that violates publisher rules may result in immediate disciplinary action by StrivXe, including removal from the organization.

Use of the Name StrivXe in Competitive Rocket League Contexts

The name StrivXe may not be used by third parties in any Rocket League-related context in a way that implies official affiliation, endorsement, partnership, or representation without explicit written authorization from the copyright holders.

This includes, but is not limited to, team names, clan tags, tournament registrations, social media accounts, streams, videos, or promotional materials.
Any attempt to impersonate StrivXe in Rocket League matchmaking, tournaments, or online communities may be subject to legal action.
Unauthorized use that causes confusion, reputational harm, or competitive disadvantage will be treated as a serious infringement.

Liability and Enforcement

StrivXe reserves the right to take immediate action against any individual or entity that violates these terms or applicable third-party rules.

This may include issuing cease-and-desist notices, filing platform abuse reports, or pursuing civil legal remedies where applicable.
Enforcement actions may be taken without prior warning.
Failure to enforce any provision of this notice does not constitute a waiver of rights.
