This one genuinely pisses me off. I have disabled children. Next year two of mine will be in specialist ASN provision. My eldest simply would not cope in a mainstream school.

That isn’t “segregation”. It’s giving a disabled child an education in an environment appropriate to their individual needs. Specialist ASN provision can be absolutely essential for some children.

If AfD wants to end inclusion and remove individual choice, criticise that. I will stand beside you and do it. But don’t casually equate specialist education with Nazi treatment of disabled children.

The Nazis didn’t simply put disabled children in different classrooms. Disabled people were persecuted, forcibly sterilised and murdered.

Make your argument against AfD without reducing that history to a political prop.

My children are not props for your Nazi analogy.
