━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
§1 — MEMBERSHIP & ELIGIBILITY
1.1 — Voluntary Membership
Joining TCU is entirely voluntary. Nobody may be forced, threatened, blackmailed, or pressured into joining the group.
1.2 — Membership Requirements
Every member is expected to understand and follow the TCU Terms of Service. Claiming that you didn’t read the rules does not automatically excuse repeated violations.
1.3 — Recruitment
Members may invite classmates, friends, acquaintances, and other people who genuinely want to join. Recruitment must not involve harassment, intimidation, or forcing someone to participate.
1.4 — New Members
New members are expected to learn the rules and respect the group’s basic standards. A new member does not automatically receive a leadership position or special privileges.
1.5 — Leaving TCU
Members may leave TCU whenever they choose. Nobody may threaten, stalk, harass, or punish someone simply because they decide to leave.
1.6 — Membership Removal
TCU may remove members who repeatedly violate these rules, deliberately create serious problems, or make the group unsafe for others.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
§2 — LANGUAGE, PROFANITY & HUMOUR 💀
2.1 — Swearing Is Allowed
Mild-to-moderate profanity is permitted within TCU. Members are not required to speak formally or pretend that every bad word is unacceptable.
2.2 — Examples of Permitted Profanity
Examples include, but are not limited to:
Mild: damn, hell, crap, ass.
Moderate: shit, bullshit, bastard, bitch.
Swearing by itself is not automatically a violation of the TOS.
2.3 — Casual Language
Members may use casual language, sarcasm, jokes, and blunt expressions without automatically receiving a warning.
2.4 — Dark Humour
Dark humour may be permitted, provided it does not become a credible threat, targeted harassment, or encouragement of actual harm.
2.5 — Insults & Arguments
Members may disagree and express frustration. However, repeatedly targeting someone who has asked for the behaviour to stop may result in disciplinary action.
2.6 — Slurs & Discrimination
Slurs used to attack people based on personal characteristics, as well as discriminatory harassment, are prohibited.
2.7 — No Automatic Punishment for Profanity
A member must not be punished merely for saying a permitted swear word. Any disciplinary decision should consider the context and actual behaviour involved.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
§3 — LEADERSHIP & AUTHORITY 👑
3.1 — Leadership Structure
TCU currently has three Leaders and two Co-Leaders.
3.2 — Preferred Titles
Leadership members may choose whether they prefer the title Emperor or Co-Emperor. The title they choose should reflect their preference rather than being forced upon them.
3.3 — Leadership Responsibilities
Leaders are responsible for organizing the group, helping resolve disagreements, communicating important decisions, and maintaining the group’s rules.
3.4 — Co-Leader Responsibilities
Co-Leaders support the leadership team, help organize activities, and assist with group management.
3.5 — Authority Has Limits
Having a title does not mean someone is automatically correct. Leaders and Emperors are still expected to follow the TOS.
3.6 — Fair Decisions
Punishments should be based on what happened, not simply on whether a Leader likes or dislikes the person involved.
3.7 — Abuse of Authority
Threatening members, demanding personal information, or using a title to force people into doing things they do not want to do may result in disciplinary action.
3.8 — Leadership Disagreements
Leadership members may disagree. Such disagreements should be handled directly instead of being used to divide members into opposing groups.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
§4 — PROTECTION TEAM 🛡️
4.1 — Purpose
The Protection Team exists to support TCU members, help prevent conflicts from escalating, and encourage members to seek appropriate help when necessary.
4.2 — Responsibilities
Protectors may provide support, help members communicate during disagreements, and report serious safety concerns.
4.3 — No Intimidation
The Protection Team must not threaten, stalk, surround, or physically attack someone to enforce TCU rules.
4.4 — No Retaliation
Members must not use the Protection Team to punish people for reporting misconduct, disagreeing with leadership, or refusing to join TCU.
4.5 — Serious Incidents
Credible threats, dangerous situations, and serious bullying should be brought to an appropriate trusted adult or school staff member.
4.6 — Accountability
Protectors are subject to the same rules as everyone else. Abusing the role may result in suspension or removal from the team.
4.7 — No Special Immunity
The Protection Team does not have authority to override school rules or applicable laws.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
§5 — PRANKS, TROLLING & GROUP ACTIVITIES 😈
5.1 — Permitted Activities
Jokes, trolling, playful challenges, and harmless pranks are permitted within reasonable limits.
5.2 — Participation
Members should not force unwilling people to participate in group activities or pranks.
5.3 — Physical Contact
Minor roughhousing should only happen when everyone involved agrees and the activity is reasonably safe. Stop if someone withdraws consent or is being hurt.
5.4 — Dangerous Pranks
Pranks involving dangerous stunts, weapons, serious threats, or actions likely to cause substantial injury are prohibited.
5.5 — School Activities
Members must not interfere with emergency procedures, prevent people from attending lessons, or create situations that put other students at risk.
5.6 — Taking Responsibility
Calling something a joke does not automatically excuse its consequences. Members are responsible for their own actions.
5.7 — When a Prank Goes Too Far
If a prank causes genuine distress, damage, or a safety concern, stop the activity and address what happened.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
§6 — PROPERTY DAMAGE & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Every member is responsible for their own conduct, including damage to property.
6.2 — Other People’s Property
Do not deliberately damage, destroy, or alter another person’s belongings without permission.

Accidental damage should be handled honestly. Members should explain what happened and cooperate in resolving the situation.
6.4 — Deliberate Damage
Members who deliberately damage property may face group disciplinary action and may also be subject to school policies or applicable laws.
6.5 — Reporting Incidents
Members must not threaten witnesses, pressure others to lie, destroy evidence, or retaliate against someone for reporting serious misconduct.
6.6 — Protection Team Restrictions
The Protection Team must not use threats or physical violence to obtain information, force apologies, or punish someone for damaging property.
6.7 — Consequences
Depending on the circumstances, consequences may include a warning, suspension, removal from TCU, or referral to appropriate school staff.
6.8 — No Promise of Immunity
TCU does not guarantee that members will be shielded from the consequences of their actions.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
§7 — RESPECT, CONFLICTS & DRAMA
7.1 — Disagreements Are Allowed
Members may have different opinions. Disagreeing with someone does not automatically constitute disrespect.
7.2 — No Persistent Harassment
Repeatedly targeting, intimidating, or humiliating someone may result in disciplinary action.
7.3 — Rumours
Do not present unverified accusations as established facts or deliberately spread false claims to damage someone’s reputation.
7.4 — Group-Wide Conflicts
Do not unnecessarily involve the entire group in a personal disagreement. Members should avoid escalating arguments into larger conflicts.
7.5 — Threats
Threatening someone with violence, property damage, or retaliation is prohibited.
7.6 — Apologies & Resolution
Members may be asked to acknowledge misconduct, apologize, or take reasonable steps to resolve a dispute.
7.7 — Fair Treatment
Every member should have a reasonable opportunity to explain their side before a disciplinary decision is made, except where immediate action is necessary for safety.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
§8 — PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY 🔒
8.1 — Personal Information
Do not share another member’s address, passwords, private contact information, or other sensitive details without appropriate permission.

Do not publish private conversations merely to embarrass or threaten someone.
8.3 — Photos & Recordings
Do not distribute private photos or recordings without appropriate permission.
8.4 — No Blackmail
Using personal information to threaten, control, or blackmail someone is prohibited.
8.5 — Reporting Serious Concerns
Privacy does not prevent members from seeking help when they believe someone is in danger or serious misconduct has occurred.
8.6 — Account Security
Members are responsible for protecting their own accounts and must not demand another person’s passwords.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
§9 — RECRUITMENT, GROUP IDENTITY & REPRESENTATION
9.1 — Recruitment Policy
Members may invite classmates and other interested people who voluntarily want to join.
9.2 — No Forced Recruitment
Nobody may threaten or repeatedly harass someone who declines an invitation.
9.3 — Official Identity
Members must not falsely claim to speak on behalf of TCU or its leadership.
9.4 — Unauthorized Promises
Members must not promise special ranks, protection, money, or privileges on behalf of the group without authorization.
9.5 — Public Behaviour
Members should understand that their actions may affect the group’s reputation. TCU membership does not authorize anyone to bully other students or impersonate school authorities.
9.6 — Group Materials
Logos, names, announcements, and official documents should not be altered and presented as approved versions without authorization.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
§10 — DISCIPLINE, APPEALS & FINAL TERMS ⚖️

Level 3 — Suspension: Temporary removal from group activities or membership privileges.
Level 4 — Removal: Permanent removal from TCU.

👑 FINAL DECLARATION
The Crown Unit is a voluntary group built around loyalty, unity, friendship, and accountability.
Members may swear, joke, disagree, and express themselves without being treated as though every minor issue is a major offense. However, membership does not grant anyone unlimited authority over others.
Every member is responsible for their actions. Every title comes with responsibility. Every rule applies regardless of rank.
UNITED BY LOYALTY. CROWNED BY UNITY.
